XIAOMI REDMI 12R has dual camera 50 megapixel for wide and 2 megapixel for macro. If we take photos at good light situations, then good photos will be captured with plenty of detail and accurate colors. The camera is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 CPU that has 12 bit Dual Qualcomm Spectra Images Signal Processor for good noise reduction and smart AI.

Front camera resolution is 5 megapixel. It is enough to use it as front selfie camera or work for video conference. The main and rear video recording are working up to 1080p at 30fps.

 

Is XIAOMI REDMI 12R worth to buy ?

XIAOMI REDMI 12R is mid-end smartphone that work with Android 13 and MIUI 14 when the first time open from the box. It does not have 5G connections. We can choose with cheaper prices start from 4 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. We can use dual camera at back side body, but the drawback of XIAOMI REDMI 12R main camera does not have ultra wide sensor for take wide angle moment.

The battery is 5000 mAh, but the fast charging technology is not as fast as other mid-end smartphone. Please do not bring this phone to swim, because it does not have water resistance performance, only Ip53 rating for splash of water resistance. If we do not need 5G connection, then XIAOMI REDMI 12R is recommended to buy.
