Do Not Buy SAMSUNG GALAXY A25 Before Read Our Important Disadvantages and Advantages Review

SAMSUNG GALAXY A25 is Android 14 smartphone that release at December 2023. It has dual simcard slot for two different phone numbers. The screen size is 6.5 inches with Super AMOLED type and use 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling.

Please note that we’re not claiming SAMSUNG GALAXY A25 is bad. Instead, we’ll provide a balanced review with both pros and cons from our perspective.

  • Drawbacks of SAMSUNG GALAXY A25 battery is not removable. The body design with 8.3 mm thickness, therefore the battery should unibody and not removable. However, the problems will happen when the battery life is end. We should bring to Samsung authorized service center to replace with original battery.
  • Cons of SAMSUNG GALAXY A25 body is not water resistance. We can not bring this phone in to water or swimming.

SAMSUNG GALAXY A25 HAS RAM PLUS

SAMSUNG GALAXY A25 has a RAM Plus feature for expand the hardware RAM. This is done by using some of the internal storage as virtual RAM. This can be helpful if we are running out of RAM when running multiple apps or games. To enable RAM Plus, go to Settings > Battery and device care > Memory > RAM Plus. And we can choose how much virtual RAM that we want to add.

SAMSUNG GALAXY A25 has triple camera system on the back side of body, with 50MP main sensor,  8MP for 120 degree ultrawide sensor, and 2MP for macro. The camera work very good when takes good photos in daylight situation, with detail images and accurate colors. But when we shoot at low light, then some noisy will shown with lack of detail. The Night mode helps to improve things a bit, but it can also make photos look artificial.

The main camera has several important features including OIS (optical images stabilization) and gyro-EIS (electronic images stabilization) to reduce blur at photos and video recording result because of movement. The max video recording resolution is 4K at 30fps.

Main camera is located at top screen with punch hole. The resolution is 13MP. It is also provide good photos and accurate white balance at enough bright light. It is working good for video conference. We can record movie up to 1080p at 30fps and also has gyro-EIS for reduce handshake connections.

 

Is SAMSUNG GALAXY A25 worth to buy ?

SAMSUNG GALAXY A25 is powered by Exynos 1280 processor. It is mid-end processor that produce by Samsung manufacture. The processor work with two clusters with dual core Arm Cortex-A78 2.4GHz and hexa core Cortex-A55 2.0GHz. Both work for improve phone performance for everyday tasks like browsing the web, using social media, and watching videos.

SAMSUNG GALAXY A25 processor also has dedicated GPU Mali-G68. It is working good for play most games at decent settings, although some HD games might require lowering the graphics quality. The battery also good for full day of moderate use. However, more heave usages like playing games and watching movie several hours continuously will drain the battery before the end of the day.

SAMSUNG GALAXY A25 has dual simcard slot for use with two different phone numbers, but the secondary slot is shared with external memory MicroSDXC, therefore we only can use one phone number if we use MicroSDXC together for extend the storage.

SAMSUNG GALAXY A25 is recommended to buy with Super AMOLED screen 6.5 inches and high refresh rate 120Hz. It is bright and clear for watching videos and browsing the web, also for playing games. The battery life is good with 5000 mAh and 25W fast charging technology.
